SHIPPING 

International buyers are responsible for import tax. (Check your countries import laws. We send all international items as a gift and with the price you paid not the valuation price)  

We send our items securely packaged so they arrive to you in good order undamaged. 

We send our items standard post for Australia and Economy Air for international unless requested otherwise. 

We do recommend that you add insurance & signature to your valued items.  

For Items sent through Australia post: We do not refund items valued over $100 that go missing in transit unless they have insurance. 

For Items sent through Sendle post: We do not refund items valued over $300 that go missing in transit unless they have insurance. 

We cannot send items through Sendle that have a PO Box address - Please chose Australia post instead.

PAYMENT

Payment via PayPal/Credit Card only. (You DO NOT need a Paypal Account to pay into our Paypal account.)  

We send items within one to three working days after payment is received.  

If you require more than three days to make payment please let us know.

Our items are purchased through Estate and Vintage sales and from people just like you who wish to pass their treasured items onto someone else who will care about them just as much as they did.  

Each piece has a history and a story, we do our best to find out as much as we can about the items at the time of purchase.

It is important that before purchasing, to ask any questions regarding the item & check the photos carefully as they form an important part of its condition & description.  

If you are unhappy with your item or it arrives damaged, or not as described, please contact us straight away before leaving negative feedback so we have the opportunity find a suitable solution.  

 We have a strong base of information about antiques & collectables through a lifetime of interest and many years trading and are always learning.  

Being human we on occasion may make an error and are always happy to have feedback and input from you if you see anything that might need looking at and addressing.  

We will try to answer your questions within 24 hours but as we travel a lot it may occasionally take a little longer to get back to you.
